梅艳芳（英语：Anita Mui Yim-fong；1963年10月10日—2003年12月30日），香港女艺人、演员、社会活动家，有“乐坛大姐大”之称。她的形象百变，获奖无数，是香港粤语流行乐坛辉煌鼎盛期的标志性人物，也是香港演艺界第一位同时取得“歌后”及“影后”级殊荣的女艺人。梅艳芳的歌曲路线冶艳前卫，舞台衣着华丽大胆，风格千变万化，被喻为“百变天后”。在演艺圈外，由于梅艳芳曾经历坎坷童年，被母亲送到荔园献唱，但不计前嫌致力供养母亲，被长者安居协会等组织视为孝道楷模。

2003年，梅艳芳因子宫颈癌并发肺衰竭病逝，享年40岁。离世前对事业上的辉煌与感情生活上跌跌撞撞时有所憾。同年，香港演艺巨星张国荣和名填词人林振强也遗憾辞世，无数人哀痛“一个时代的终结”。她的铜像于2014年在香港星光大道树立，铜像底座有题字“香港女儿梅艳芳”。刘德华所笔。
